Security to you, your staff, your patients and your visitors is paramount to us here at VCS.  We are the only credentialing company that performs national felony background checks and national felony sex offender checks on our representatives.  Since many reps are “independent reps” working for themselves, we do not simply accept a letter that says that the task was performed. 

Another aspect of security revolves around data.  All data is encrypted.  Our network security compares to online banking standards.  Our servers are managed in state of the art data centers that have many redundant backup systems in place including onsite generators.  The data centers are restricted to specific personnel and by badge access only.  Additionally, the data centers are SSAE 16  audited by a leading third party auditing firm.  VCS has also partnered with WebSafe Shield to conduct daily security scans utilizing industry-standard software and methodologies to scan, test and identify security vulnerabilities.
